Custom Print Products

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, all sales are final. Custom printed items including vinyl banners, lawn signs, vehicle decals, business cards, and other personalized materials cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with:

• Printing defects or errors on our part
• Damaged materials due to shipping
• Incorrect specifications (our error)

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Proof Approval

For custom orders, you will receive a digital proof for approval before printing begins. Once you approve the proof, you are responsible for the accuracy of all text, images, and design elements. We cannot accept returns for approved proofs that contain customer-provided content errors.
