2. Order Process

2.1 Design Approval

All custom orders require design approval before production. By approving a proof, you confirm that all text, images, colors, and specifications are correct.

2.2 Production Timeline

Standard production times are provided as estimates. Rush orders may be available for additional fees. Weather, equipment issues, or material shortages may affect timelines.

2.3 Order Changes

Changes to orders can only be made before production begins. Once production starts, no modifications are possible.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payment is processed upon order placement. For large orders, partial payment may be required upfront.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Local Pickup

Same-day pickup available in Fort Erie, Ontario during business hours.

4.2 Canada-Wide Shipping

We ship throughout Canada. Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

4.3 Delivery Risk

Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Customer Content

You retain ownership of artwork, logos, and content you provide. You grant us license to use this content solely for fulfilling your order.

5.2 Copyright Compliance

You warrant that all provided content is original or you have proper licensing. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted material without proper authorization.

5.3 Our Designs

Custom designs created by our team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Quality and Warranties

6.1 Quality Standards

We use professional-grade materials and equipment. Minor variations in color due to printing processes are normal and not considered defects.

6.2 Warranty Period

We warranty our work against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery.

6.3 Limitation of Warranty

Our warranty covers replacement or refund only. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Business interruption or lost profits
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Errors in customer-approved content

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:
