Custom Product Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, refunds are generally not available for custom printed products including:
- Vinyl banners and signs
- Lawn signs and yard signs
- Vehicle decals and wraps
- Business cards and promotional materials
- Custom stickers and labels
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Production Errors: Items with printing defects, incorrect colors, or material flaws due to our error
- Order Errors: Wrong items shipped due to our fulfillment mistake
- Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled before production begins (within 2 hours of order placement)
Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Step 2: Our team will review your case within 24-48 hours
Step 3: If approved, we will:
- Provide a full refund to your original payment method
- OR offer a replacement at no additional cost
- OR provide store credit for future orders
Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: 2-3 business days after approval
- Payment Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal Refunds: 1-3 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Orders with customer-approved proofs containing errors
- Custom designs based on customer-provided artwork or text
- Orders completed more than 7 days ago
- Digital proof fees
- Rush order fees

Shipping Costs
