Custom Product Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, refunds are generally not available for custom printed products including:

  • Vinyl banners and signs
  • Lawn signs and yard signs
  • Vehicle decals and wraps
  • Business cards and promotional materials
  • Custom stickers and labels

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Production Errors: Items with printing defects, incorrect colors, or material flaws due to our error
  • Order Errors: Wrong items shipped due to our fulfillment mistake
  • Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled before production begins (within 2 hours of order placement)

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Step 2: Our team will review your case within 24-48 hours

Step 3: If approved, we will:

  • Provide a full refund to your original payment method
  • OR offer a replacement at no additional cost
  • OR provide store credit for future orders

Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Payment Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
  • PayPal Refunds: 1-3 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders with customer-approved proofs containing errors
  • Custom designs based on customer-provided artwork or text
  • Orders completed more than 7 days ago
  • Digital proof fees
  • Rush order fees

Shipping Costs
